Story work is in the details.
Counseling Services
Typically, my time with clients revolves around helping you establish healthy boundaries for yourself, processing past trauma so you can respond to your life in more grounded ways, and giving you tools for managing stresses and triggers. I’m also here to help you consider where God might be present in your story.
This re-storying work encourages you to take the pieces of who you are and integrate them into a more whole, hopeful image. I also emphasize a concrete understanding of boundaries, development of self-regulation skills, and resilience. All counseling sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise discussed.
